Peace of mind
A leak the owner had battled for years, opened up and fixed.
“Peace of mind achieved! After years of battling this one annoying leak, our client is thrilled to announce: problem solved!”
The job
The photos show what was found and what went in: capping lifted over old, crumbling bedding, cracked tiles, new timber battens across the frame, and new valley iron being trimmed in beside the tiles.
