Such a small hole
The owner came home to find ceilings damaged from the recent rains. On the roof, the cause was a small hole in one cracked tile.
“Incredible how such a small hole can cause so much destruction.”
The job
Inside, the water damage showed across the ceiling. Up top, it came down to a single cracked terracotta tile.
The finished roof has its ridge line freshly pointed in red to match the tiles.
